Beginning in 2022 Whitley County Amateur Radio Club has done some renovations on the membership policy, how to join, and membership time frames.
After continuous testing, and still finding bugs, we are proud to announce the transition to HamClubOnline! This will give you a better way to have more hands on approach with your membership, will allow you to see when you are ready to renew, and much more.
This also allows the membership to go by fiscal year instead of calendar year! Here are the steps in joining, or renewing your membership, from anywhere in the world!
How to Join
Step 1
Joining Whitley County Amateur Radio Club is very simple, it can be done at a meeting or online from anywhere thanks to our partnership with HamClubOnline!
Go to HamClubOnline to begin!
When you are there, if you have an account sign in and move to Step 2, if you don't Register New to create your account first!
Step 2
Once you're logged in, under "HamClubOnline Options:" select the option that says
"Apply for Membership with a HamClubOnline Club!"
On the next screen, enter WC9AR for the club callsign, click Submit and follow the directions. Your application will be approved soon!
How to renew your dues!
Step 1
Go to HamClubOnline, select Pay My Club Dues, and enter the e-mail you used for the club HamClubOnline login
If you belong to more than one club on HamClubOnline, they will all be here, select Whitley County Amateur Radio Club, notice it will say when your current membership expires!
This works for any of your clubs
Step 2
On the next screen, you will see the layout of the dues for the club, select the button to renew membership
Continue through the steps, utilizing PayPal to pay your dues!
