The Whitley Amateur Radio Club brings together radio enthusiasts of all ages who share a passion for communication, learning, and community service. From casual conversations across town to making contacts around the world, our members enjoy the fun and adventure of exploring the airwaves. We also take pride in supporting our community by providing reliable communications during local events and emergencies. Whether you’re brand new to the hobby or a long-time operator, the Whitley Amateur Radio Club is a welcoming place to connect, learn, and share in the excitement of amateur radio.

Operate Radios
Indiana QSO Party, Fox Hunting, Winter Field Day, Parks on the Air (POTA), and the big Field Day, there is multiple opportunities to operate all the modes!
Socialize
Monthly meetings, August Birthday Carry-In, and Christmas Dinner, we love to eat and socialize like a big family!
Testing
If you're new to the hobby or would like to explore an upgrade in your license, we have weekly testing opportunities.
