The WCARC Newsletter was brought back by editor Edward Scott, K9EJS, with the first issue in April 2018. During this year, with guidance from members, the newsletter went through changes.

In October 2018 the club voted to have the newsletter become public with birth date to be removed and members celebrating birthdays only listed for the month.

​

In May 2019, WCARC Members voted to edit prior newsletters with the dates on them to be removed and post online.
